Fogmaster's drum mounted (DM) units are complete systems designed for the user with larger fogging requirements. The DM power head, which mounts directly on the standard two-inch NPT opening of a chemical drum, requires only a 120V [optional 240V] electrical outlet.

The drum can be kept in one place, or placed on a dolly and repositioned as needed. For portable applications, it also may be carried in a truck or on a trailer with a portable generator for power.

DM units can be controlled by hand (switch or count-down timer), by repeat cycle timer or by an appropriate sensor. Since the chemical drum serves as an ample reservoir, DM units require little attention. They are a cost-effective, reliable solution for waste treatment plants, warehouses, food processing plants and similar facilities which need regular fogging treatments.

The Pow-R-Jet® DM delivers a fixed liquid flow rate (about 10 oz/min [300 ml/min]) as a heavy, wet fog. For misting and humidifying. We also offer a restriction orifice modification so the unit will deliver a lower (but still fixed) liquid flow rate, and smaller droplets.

The Pow-R-Jet Plus DM adds a one-turn valve for control of both liquid output (0-10 oz/min [0-300 ml/min]) and particle size (from an intermediate fog to a coarse wet fog). Typical applications include sanitizing, odor control, fly and insect control and humidification.

Micro-Jet® DM units provide precise control of droplet size, from a dry ULV fog (7-10 micron VMD) to a 30 micron heavy wet mist. Liquid flow is 0 - 10 oz/min [0-300 ml/min]. Higher liquid flows produce larger droplets.

Sewr-Jet^TM units feature a hose for remote discharge, adjustable particle size (dry fog to wet mist), and backflow prevention so noxious gases can't escape during off cycles. Designed especially for odor neutralization in lift stations, sump pits, headworks, etc., the Sewr-Jet is easy to set up at a work site to support maintenance and repair operations.

High-Jet^TM foggers provide a hose (up to 35 feet long) so the user can treat several points without moving the liquid supply. Options include a thumb activated fog control switch on the nozzle assembly for intermittant fogging (can be latched for continuous output), and a boost pump (See accessories) for situations where the fog discharge elevation is higher than the fogger's native suction lift capability (6 ft).
